These stone knives, tools and scrapers were made in the bush, as I have done for decades...

.....traditional way ... flaked with another stone.....carefully trimming the excess stone away

So my friends don't have too much extra weight to carry...back over a mountain...back to a track ;)

Stone tools hafted with Spinifex Resin

.......!..Then the stone tool is hafted with Bloodwood or Spinifex Resin...!!

Spinifex wax.....Bloodwood...Dry Grass and Charcoal...

Spinifex or Bloodwood used to make hand grip for stone knife, scrapers, points etc...

THEN after all that...they are painted up with Ochres from yet other remote locations...
